Absolutely amazing service and support, spent days helping me work out my incredibly convoluted modpack of my own creation and were so patient with all the problems I probably caused for myself. Also, really well priced for the power provided. I dunno if it makes me sound like a shill but I'd say I've found the service I'll be using from now on if nothing bad happens

I was having troubles installing mods on my new server, I have never done anything like this before. The ui is easy to figure out, but the small details are easy to miss. The discord ticket system worked great, got quick service, and am very excited to play my modded server with friends! Special thanks to Squ and RJD on discord! Both were very helpful and kind

Extremely good support and extremely good pricing for servers.

I had some issues when setting up my first server, it was fixed in less than 30 minutes with their support system. Would highly recommend this service if you're looking into getting a server for your favourite game!

Reasonable pricing. Performance as advertised. Really fast, kind, individual and insanely helpful support that works it's magic. All round best experience i've had with server hosting so far. Better than Zap or Bisec by a long shot.

Very good prices, even better support

Had a wonderful experience. Support was extremely helpful, was even provided additional server RAM + CPU for free when I was worried the server would not sustain the load. Support is ultimately what makes and breaks services like this, and its not only the cheapest I found for hosting various game servers such as MC, but the support is simply amazing.

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. As a person in IT I was skeptical at first if the performance they promised at such a low and affordable price was real. However after using their service you can rest assured that not only did they show that the performance was as advertised, it was also even better then advertised. I plan to be a long term customer if you haven't tried them then please do you wont regret it!

Umpecable customer service, i had several issues and at the begginign setting up my first server and went through all of them thanks to the suppport team, even though my eanglish wasnt the best, they were patient and precise went it came down to making sure i had the best experience they could offer me.
