They were unable to help

They were unable to help, were rude and when I signed on with the company, they did not explain that the machine wouldn't function as the other had. Now we are left with a problem that is based on a lack of clarity in the initial process.

Clare was wonderful in helping us with getting the machines up to date without any problems. I had to call her back as I was not in the office and had no problems calling her back. Clare you are awesome don't stop your customer service is a joy to deal with when we have problems. Thank you

Nelly is always my go-to person!

I would like to thank Nelly Passes for her wonderful customer services again. Today I called her because of my rate concern. She was very patient to go through every detail of my payment and make a comparison with other companies. Nelly is my go-to person whenever I need a help. I hope Canadian POS would award Nelly "The best customer service in the year".

Sales rep sold to me and did not tell all expenses

Sales rep sold to me and did not clarify all monthly expenses. So not what i was told. Called her back 6 times. No answer left message . No return of my call to address my concerns. Talked with customer service , sent off documents they requested. No return call. Very disappointed

Michelle was awesome.

Michelle was friendly and helped me with my issue very quickly. I was extremely impressed and happy with the outcome. So nice to have a human being on the other side. Thanks Michelle!

Nelly Passes is the best

Nelly Passes is the best!
She is a wonderful customer service representative. Nelly is always patient, supportive, helpful and knowledgeable since she took care of our business one year ago. We stay with Canadian POS because of her wonderful customer service. She does deserve a pay increase definitely.
Thank you very much Nelly!!!

Great service!

The agent picked up upon calling, and listened to my concern, checking my history and acknowledging my valued business. She promised she would look into my request and get back to me with an answer. She called back within minutes and the problem was successfully resolved, with an offer to be of assistance in the future to avoid such a problem ever repeating.

Michelle was very friendly and…

Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She followed up to ensure we received the documentation that was suppose to come to us to ensure we did not have to go back into the que of trying to get someone to assist us. The 1-800 number and wait time was long but thanks to Michelle she ensured we didn't have to experience that by following up with us. Great service!!
