Communication was excellent as long as you check on the site daily. Pricing wasn't straightforward but not outrageous. Somehow I overlooked the $69 per month subscription fees. Don't use the notarized feature unless you live under a rock. Many free notaries are available.

Your chat person easily walked me through this process.

Everything went well. Much easier than I thought it would be. They walked me through each step. I was glad that I was given a chance to learn about how the court system works. This in turn calmed my nerves so when I was in front of the judge I was more confident and relaxed. I will definitely recommend Divorce Profile.

Very helpful program. There were a few glitches but otherwise good.

Everything was perfectly explained and they were very helpful. All documents were filed in a timely manner. I was super stressed about the whole process and they made it completely bearable.

I've never been to this website in my life and I got a charge on my debit card from them. I am so confused.
UPDATE.
Turns out the mysterious “divorceprofile” charge wasn’t as dramatic as it sounded. I had actually paid a small fee to a PDF editing site, but on my bank statement it showed up under “divorceprofile.” You can imagine my brain doing cartwheels trying to figure that one out. Mystery solved. No divorce, just documents!

Well, I found this experience to be very good. I did find it to be very tedious at times. I was given documents to be reviewed and corrected and within a day I was given that same document to be corrected again with different corrections. I don’t understand why certain documents couldn’t have all the corrections submitted to me at the same time. I think that’s the thing I found the most frustrating with this entire process all in all it was a decent process, but it was a frustrating process.

I did not find this useful. I had to pay more for additional help. They charged me for a monthly subscription but it was not advertised as a monthly subscription when I initially paid. They charged my account and didn't give any notice of charging my account or receipt. I saw it on my PayPal account. Now they are saying they won't refund even though I haven't touched this account or used the anything from it since I initially looked into it. I feel like it was just a big scam.

Relying on a subscription for a service only applicable when both parties come to quick agreement has to be the most semetic business model ever conceived.

Not all forms are accepted in Va! Your fees should all be listed upfront! Notary fees print your documents and take them to a notary yourself 49 for one paper is very expensive! If filing in Va you need a copy of your marriage license which they don’t disclose that! You pay a .90 cent fee for every document and if you remove your signature you repay the .90 fee again so almost 2.00 per document! So 200 dollars you really should get an attorney for a non contested divorce would definitely be worth it! I hope I can help someone else from going through this!

For a joint application divorce, I found the documents are easy to navigate despite feeling initially overwhelmed. The review process is fast and accurate, and best of all, any questions you throw into the chat no matter what day it is, someone is there to assist with very clear and kind step-by-step instructions to make you feel comfortable that you’re doing the correct things. I’ve really appreciated the feedback to help me get through this entire experience.
