I am not a developer but I have made a lot of websites for my own projects, I was looking for a solution where I can just pay one off fee and then do not have to pay again and also able to use it on different websites. So I came across Divi Themes by elegant themes, I started of with the Theme only and then ended up getting most of the Divi Modules and themes plugins for my WordPress websites. This is ALL IN ONE Solution for someone who does not know coding. They have everything you need to build any type of websites. Extremely easy to use and Customer service is excellent.

The price was great for so many incredible features to make Divi even better but what beat the price and features was the customer service. Went above and beyond.

I bought Supreme Modules and Supreme Mega Menu. The first one works properly, but the second one is terrible, appalling I dare to say. You design whatever and it is not shown the same way in the page, that is to say, you cannot control the megamenu shown in your web.

Support is also horrific, they are not able to find solutions and make you lose your time with things that will not work.

I had to reach out to the support team for a small issue I was having with one of their modules (arrows not showing on the tabs module, and I couldn’t figure out why ). The support team was amazing, quick response time, excellent communication and sort out the issue for me in no time. I am so happy I’m a lifetime member with Divi Supreme, the modules are great but the support is second to none, which sets them apart as far as I’m concerned!

I just purchased Divi Supreme Pro and I am very impressed. The 60+ modules are excellent and easy to configure and will enhance any website. The pop ups, extensions and layouts are a extra bonus. I’m not one for writing reviews but I need to make an exception. When using the Advanced Tabs module, I found that I needed the ability to have Inactive and Active states for an image much like how the text and icons work. This functionality was not available. I presented this to support. They informed me that this was not available and there wasn’t a workaround. They took the need for this functionality under consideration for future enhancements. I was then informed several days later that a new version of the plugin was available with the new functionality. I tried it out and it worked great. It is really appreciated when a company takes feedback from their customers seriously.

I was in the process of building a new website for my church and needed some specific Divi modules that Divi Supreme has. I added a module and realized that it wasn't going to work as I needed it to so I asked about it. Support came back and told me that it didn't work as I thought it would but they would pass the need over to Development. The owner of the company contacted me shortly after that and agreed that the functionally that I need should be included and said they would be adding it shortly. As my main job is in the software industry, I expected it to be like a month or two but no, it was more like a day or two. I logged into my development site and noticed that the plugin had an update so I checked the change log and saw that it had already been added. So one quick update and a quick edit to the module and it was working as I needed it to. Thanks for the quick update.
