This is my order no DT27771 it has 3 week now but didn’t receive my order total fraud
No WhatsApp response

I ordered 2 dining cover worth 2998 with tracking I’d #27441. It’s confirmed 9th oct but still 23 oct they hv no response no tracking I’d related updates nothing. And they have not any customer service number. Totally fraud
Be careful before order.

This Divinetrendz is definitely a fraud company. We place a order for table cloth worth 3000. Bt after 2 wks still there is no feedback from them on delivery. There is infact no customer caré to complain. Beware n don't order anything from this site..

Due to some technical glitch I seriously got trouble but Mr Rajesh personally handled the issue and resolved that by going out of the way to make customer happy. Will surely recommend Divine Trendz

Good cover, nice quality, good fitting

Divine trendz is a fraud company, we ordered white table cover. Received substandard green color cloth. Order id DT24414 on june 3, 2025. Dont place any order on this website. Till date for new order they reply, the moment you ask about old order they vanish and dont pick up call or respond to whatsapp. Till 26 june, everyday we called, we emailed, chat from multiple numbers - no update for replacement.
Chat for replacement, photo of order, email for replacement all can be uploaded - all in vain, no replacement done.

Fraud Fraud Fraud.. The company is Fraud.
They delivered a different product instead of the one I had ordered. I requested for a return but the company neither returned it nor replied to my email. No one is available on the company's WhatsApp or call. They just take money and deliver anything and do not even return the wrong product. This is a very fake company. Do not buy anything even after seeing their Instagram reel or Facebook reel.

Please my brother and sister don't purchase any material from divinetrendz,this is my personal experience,these people are fraud,they don't communicate with their customers,they show such a disrespect and don't answer your calls.I have lost my Rs2800 by ordering 2 and 3 seater sofa cover.
I prefer please buy anything from Amazon atleast they always respond and respect their customers.

I have worst experience with divine trendz .We have brought customized dinning chair cover , fitting was not good.They stop responding over calls watsapp .Please dnt spent your money with this company.They have really bad Customer service.

Please don't buy. If you need a return service or exchange then over....nothing will happen . No services from there end. Complete rubbish service. No email reply. No calls...nothing. I ordered an 8 sized table cover with 6 chair seaters. Got wrong product shipped. My 1599 went in vain. They should be banned. They are busy with marketing but no attention toward service.

I m ordered 4 seater dining table cover and that cover not proper size so I want to replace it with 6 seater cover and they are not pickuping call and not replying messages and all

They are complete fraud!! Sent the product of a colour different than what is actually shown in graphics. When called on customer care, nobody pick the phone. When tried multiple times in a day, they blocked my number. Don't buy anything from these fraudulent people. Also, you will get delivery confirmation from Shipway Technology Pvt Ltd and the product in actual will be delivered by bluedart or someone else so technically there is no way you can trace the purchase back to them..

It's a fraud company. I ordered dining table set + sofa set covers. They send me dining table set + 1 sofa chair cover that too cheap quality. 2 seater and 3 seater sofa covers are missing. They are not responding to my calls and messages. It's a scam. Don't buy from this site.

It's a fraudulent company. Did not send all the items ordered . And now no response from the customer service. Tried to call ,msg them but no response. It's just waste of money . Please don't trust them .

Dont ever try to purchase from this irresponsible company even after placing online order , WhatsApp confirmation after 1 month they are calling asking sir have you have placed any order absolutely rubbish & nobody will respond your queries i think company is wasting on there salaries

Harassment by Divinetrendz:- I booked sofa covers on 27/02/2024 but not got any information regarding despatch. No reply to my 3 emails. With many tries cold spoke to customer care and got the order cancelled and confirmed that refund will be done with in a week. After that There was no response to calls, mails till April. In April end on my request I could speak to a senior CC named Mr.Amit, he couldn't find my order. So I forwarded payment details and email copies, than he could find my order tried for refund, but he said better I should purchase something of that Rs.6198. he sent me catlogs, I selected 4 bedsheets and order was placed by him on 25/05/2025. But no despatch info received up to end of Jun. Again contacted Mr. Amit, and same day due to his action on 02/07/2024 I got information of invoice from courier company and I received the booked item of worth Rs.5596. so I advise people should not order from Divinetrendz if at all order than order with COD only

Material, transport is good . We need reply if anything we returned otherwise we feel bad. But satisfied good about your company. Good luck

After a long tiresome search I bumped into this website and just thought of giving a try! It was really worth a try, I finally found a sofa cover that fits my sofa well.
Hassle free exchange as well., mind you! There’s no refund of additional amount paid, so I had to order something to cover that extra amount paid.
