Music is huge in my life and I was hesitant to spend the money thinking even if I liked it, my husband, whose gift it would be might hate it. I WAS SO IMPRESSED!! I loved every word and the vocals stellar!! It brought me to tears as well as my husband. Completely satisfied!

You took my words to heart and turned them into a heartfelt song. It's amazing how beautiful this song is. I'm going to do a special pop up on Kevin with this song. I can't wait to see his face. Thanks so very much.

They nailed the song with lyrics and singer! It was worth the money!

This is nothing more than an Ai generated piece of garbage. It asked for my husbands name. I entered it. It didn't say first name it said name. IT USED HIS FIRST AND LAST NAME IN THE SONG. Only a computerized Ai format would do that, not a person writting a song for you. Of course I didn't pay the additional $49.99 for editing services (so basically they could run it through Ai again) So I'm going to be stuck paying $99.99 for a anniversary gift that will never see the light of day. Customer Service is nothing more that auto generated responses. SO SO DISAPPOINTED. 9/17/26. I just received this request from Trust Pilot stating that more details are needed or the company Divinesong won’t believe my review is genuine. I was told they need more details which I find ironic because I wrote to them 3 times with the exact details of what was wrong with the Ai song they wrote just for me. They apologized profusely and sent me a new song with a 3rd verse for FREE. The only problem was….. THEY NEVER FIXED THE MISTAKE I HAD REPORTED 3 times!!!! His name was still incorrectly used!!!!!! At this point I asked for a refund and did not get a response and now the are trying to act like they knew nothing of this. If I hadn’t responded, my review would be viewed as not genuine. Ha! I don’t think I have ever been so mad at a company. I will flatly say. Do not do business with this company. Just save yourself the trouble and burn $100 in the fireplace it will cause you less stress! If more details are needed I will gladly provide the emails.

Everyone was very helpful, efficient and had the song in a very timely manner. I had a very good experience with great customer service. They were also very eager to please and allowed all my adjustments and changes very quickly too! Can’t say enough good things and highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for a custom song for my husband, but several important details were incorrect. I sent a revised version clearly explaining what I wanted, but unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my emails.

One of the main issues was that I requested the song to be written from me to my husband, but it was created as though it were from my husband instead. Additionally, I specifically asked for all of my children to be included, along with personal information about each of them, but those details were also incorrect.

I hope the company responds to my emails soon and is willing to correct these issues. If the situation is resolved satisfactorily, I will gladly update my review.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Divine Songs and would not recommend them.
The original song cost $99, which I had absolutely no problem paying for. However, during checkout there was an additional $99 upsell that was presented in a very confusing way. I never intentionally agreed to purchase it, and when I saw my total was suddenly over $200, I immediately contacted customer support.
Their team responded acknowledging that the upsell process was confusing and confirmed that a refund would be issued because the song had not yet been generated. Based on that response, I expected the additional charge to be refunded.
Instead, my refund request was ignored. They went ahead and created and delivered the song anyway, then refused to honor the refund they had already approved. I never requested edits, I didn't care about expedited delivery, and I didn't want any of the add-ons. They proceeded with services I had specifically asked them to cancel.
To make matters worse, they completely revoked my access to the song afterward. I never disputed the original $99 charge because that was the product I actually ordered and was happy to pay for. The only charge I disputed was the confusing $99 add-on that I immediately requested to cancel after checkout.
When I tried to resolve everything, I was met with generic AI responses instead of anyone actually addressing the situation. It seems there is a serious lack of communication within the company, and customers are the ones who suffer because of it.
I've now disputed the additional charge with my bank because I never willingly agreed to it, immediately requested a refund, and was told one would be issued before the song was generated. The company failed to honor its own promise and then removed my access to the product entirely.
This experience felt deceptive, misleading, and incredibly disappointing. I hope they make their checkout process much clearer and improve their customer service so other customers don't end up in the same situation.

Thought is was kinda expensive- But it was totally worth every penny.

I was very pleased with the end result of the customized song created for my husband. I did ask for several changes along the way, and they were incredibly patient and willing to work with me until the song was exactly the way I wanted it.
My advice is to take your time answering the questions. Pay special attention to the details when describing what makes the person the song is for so special. Think about what makes them unique, your favorite memories together, the things you love about them, special dates or milestones, inside jokes, and anything else that captures who they are and what they mean to you.

One important note: There is plenty of space to write ✍️ about special memories, dates, and details in the freestyle writing section! At first, it may look like you're limited to a certain number of words, but you're not. So don't hold back; include all those little details that make your story personal. The more meaningful details you provide, the more personal and special your song can be!

WOW… I am blown away by the songwriters!!! They absolutely nailed it. What an incredible gift. I could not have asked for a more perfect description of our love story. Now we have OUR song to listen to until God calls us home. WOW. Just wow… You will not be disappointed!!

I wrote a special song for my wife in 1996. It was a country western song. I have been a singer, songwriter, guitarist for 53 years. I saw your advertisement on Facebook 2 days before our 50th wedding anniversary and I took a chance that your folks could write an awesome song for me and my wife. "A Narrow Hallway" is an amazing song that brought me and my wife to tears. Thank you so much for providing this awesome song that touched our lives and will be in our hearts for all eternity.

I am going back and forth via email with this company for an unauthorized charge to my credit card. Cindy Hope continues to email back and forth although I asked for a supervisor an left my cell number after three weeks of going back and forth with no remedy.

The ordering process was so easy and I got the song so quickly! I listened to the song and can't wait until our anniversary to watch him listen to the song! Great job at adding everything Listed for the song! Well done!!

Me and Toni’s 5 year anniversary isn’t until the end of September so I haven’t played it for her yet. I’ll be sure to upload the video to you. I’ve already got the time and someone to video it. I came across Divinesong while on the internet, and with a 44th anniversary coming up in December, I thought what a perfect gift, a custom love song. I was prompted with great questions inspiring our story, then submitted my answers; it was that easy. I received our custom song in 2-3 days, Divinesong had many checks and balances, asking if everything was captured, correct, because they genuinely wanted to get it right. The song was received quickly and it is beautiful, not one edit necessary. Someone at Divinesong took our story and created a song that will touch my husbands hearts for the rest of our years. The difficult part is waiting to share it with him until December. Thank you Divinesong. I will refer Divinesong to all of my friends and family, as we are always looking to create special memories for the ones we love. Lastly, it is so nice to work with such people that care about their ethics, customer relations, and each individual order. I received a link with the song and beautiful artwork depicting our song, and was offered and ordered the CD with lyrics and artwork, then coffee mugs to match!
