Did not use half the words I asked them to use, i've asked for multiple revisions.They have not been completed. A refund is is impossible, and the song that they're force in me to accept that I don't like, I can't even download it.It wants me to share it.

Find another company. Divine songs words their marketing so that you think you’re purchasing a song that you’ve put a lot of thought into and can have for the rest of your life. Not the case at all. $100 for the song plus another $100 if you want it on a CD (is this the 90s?). I’ve emailed back and forth with them multiple times only to now know they will not let you have any access to downloading the song or having it for life. Kind of a scam. It’s all AI and they just want to keep ‘property’ of their AI songs in which they didn’t write, didn’t create, and didn’t sing. Regret spending all this money on a product I can’t even own. Do better, divine songs.

I tried to reach out to the company six times. I got one response after the second email which was sent the day. I received the songs that I ordered. I was very unhappy with the quality and there is a 30 day money back guarantee I asked to have someone call me so I can discuss what's going on with the songs. I ordered two different songs one for my son one for my husband and they were the same exact song just different words. I explain this to them, but no one has reached back out. I sent a sixth email again today and at this point, I'm gonna wait another few days and if not, I'm gonna report it to my credit card company in the Better Business Bureau. I don't know what is going on. I don't know if I was scammed. I'm very unhappy. I saw this on Facebook and everyone seemed pretty excited about it. I would be careful because there is no money back guarantee because nobody will respond. I'm assuming they're waiting till after the 30 days but I emailed them hours after order was received.

This experience was so personalized and Brand New-Fresh!!! Different from ANYTHING on the Market!! The Remarkable Production Team, The Writers, The Artist who sings it, The Musicians and all others who helped create my Masterpiece, are so Talented. I seen other people uploaded videos and reviews so I was thinking that would be a nice gift for my dad. I received the music and separate the lyrics. I replied back and ask who will sing the song? its not finished? No reply but they ask already for tip on top of $99 already paid for nothing. If I will ever hear back from them I will come back to change my review. In the mean time I look for another gift and call my credit card because it was not what they advertise.

I was totally amazed by the song that was created for my sister. Beautiful words that described how I feel about her. It was sung with meaning and from the heart! It had me crying!! I can't wait for my sissy to hear it! It was worth the money and a lifetime treasure to keep!!

Basically I wrote out my own lyrics for the singer/songwriter. When I received my song, I was disappointed it was not the exact words I had written. However... After listening to it again and again and again. It was so beautiful and BETTER.. Just perfect...

I was paying for a. Song. All I got was a title with only music. Definitely disappointed. Would not recommend. 179.00 is ridiculous for a sheet of music

I was led to believe that real human songwriters, singers, and musicians composed the song based on their marketing hype. When my partner heard the song they liked it but when someone told them it was AI, their (and my) love affair with the song was over. Strategizing on my next move to make me whole. I’ve been seeing ads pop up on my socia media platforms. Loved the content but was skeptical. After research and reading reviews I decided to give it a try. The vocals, the lyrics were absolutely beautiful and the results better than I could have expected. Have yet to play the song for my husband but I’m sure he’s going to love it.
