We had a bug on a divi 5 site we contacted The team at Divigrid and within 24 hours they had an update out and explained the issue. Thanks for your quick response very professional we appreciate
The company is not releasing any updates during the year and is waiting until the time you bought their module is longer than one year, and you can't receive any updates anymore. Fortunately, all their modules are GNU GPL v. 2+ or later, and so we can now publish the complete package online and let the community help to update the modules and probably even create a completely free plugin that gets maintained again from the community. Their modules are not at all DIVI 5 ready!!! Don't buy it. Our last update was from NOV 25 2025 during Black Friday sales, and now we can't get any updates anymore, but a version 1.7 appeared just short after the module support expired. We decided now to publish any module that is expired and no longer gets support publicly online under the GNU GPL so that the community can take care of it.

1) Updates & “waiting for support to expire”:
We do not delay updates to avoid supporting customers. We release updates when fixes, improvements, and new features are ready. A version being released after someone’s support period ends is simply normal timing of development—not a tactic.
2) How updates/support work on the Divi Marketplace:
Divi Marketplace products are GPL (v2 or later) by requirement. https://www.elegantthemes.com/marketplace/register/
At the same time, Marketplace listings commonly include “1 year support & updates”, and after that period you can keep using the product, but updates/support require renewal.

So, if your license/support period ended, that’s why you wouldn’t receive updates through the Marketplace until renewal—this isn’t specific to DiviGrid.
3) Divi 5 compatibility status:
Divi 5 compatibility is a major rebuild (because modules must be updated for the new system). We’re a very small team, and we’ve been working continuously on this. We’re currently around 60% complete, and we’re targeting a new DiviGrid release in January 2026.
4) About republishing our “complete package”:
GPL does allow redistribution of GPL-licensed code, but it doesn’t grant rights to our brand/trademarks, and re-uploading “complete packages” publicly can mislead users and create security risks if files are modified or bundled incorrectly. We strongly recommend against distributing it that way.
If you want, please contact our support with your order details and the site you’re updating on — we’ll confirm your license status and help you get updated properly.

Actually won a free year with a different purchase from elegant themes last year. and i had yet to use until i was looking for a unique way to display some images and realized i had yet to use.....
well i'm an idiot for not using earlier as i'm pretty sure this is now my GO TO plugin add-on to Divi. Using the knowledge base and also some of the premade sections DIVIGRID is GOLD

This is a great theme. there is no doubt. work well all features are like magic. requesting you divigrid team to create tutorials also on YouTube for some advanced options and open a forum site. It has vast features to talk about.
I've had almost no issues with Divigrid -like maybe 2 in one year. Their support was immediate and with a resolution. I've been working with Wordpress & Divi for over six years now and have tried many plugin module developers. Divi Grid has given me consistently excellent results so their plugins are my primary choice. BU

It's a wonderful world to discover.
However, I would appreciate some improvement in:
- translation (french for instance)
- documentation (search engine is to weak). One exemple: put "category" on the search page, there is nothing found. And still in documentation, there should be a lot more of explanations for beginners like me: for instance what can is a content-wrapper ? how does the grid layouts looks ? How can we switch item order in odd lines ? etc.
