Everything went really fast and easy and handled very professionally. I am glad to have done business with Dividend. My only con was once approved they wouldn't update my loan to include what was needed to upgrade my solar system once I was informed about the Tesla Powerwall.

The payment plan is what made the investment worthwhile.
The payment plan is what made the investment in our solar panels affordable and worthwhile. By having a lower monthly payment in the beginning for 16 months, until after we would get a tax credit on the purchase and installation of the solar panels was great. Then in applying that tax credit money towards the total cost, it drops the payment amounts to a very reasonable monthly cost.
