I highly recommend not buying from this…

I highly recommend not buying from this company. The products are clearly being shipped from across seas and are of very low quality. Shipping time was over a month. Their refund/return policy is ridiculous. Save yourself the money and headache and simply do not support this foreign business.

Like everyone on this site, this Company is a SCAM!!

Ordered in early December. As of today 1/5/2021 the tracking number still has it as in NJ awaiting shipment like it has for weeks. I do not expect to see the product ever. I am going to have to refute the charge with my bank, such fun. I ordered it as a Christmas present so a dissapionment on all levels. Do not order anything from Facebook. This is the second time I have been scammed by a company advertising on FB and operating out of China.

UPDATE: 01/13/2021 I did finally receive the item, it took entirely too long but it did arrive and it was what I ordered. The quality seems decent. Going forward I would check the internet before ordering anything from Facebook again. I'll give this company three stars now.

EXTREMELY LONG SHIPPING, WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

I ordered in mid-November and never received item. They are based in China and I had to dispute the charge through my bank. SUCH A HASSLE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

EDITED: I will reiterate, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Despite sending me a tracking number per their attempt to save face below, the package has still not arrived and the tracking information shows:

It is January 5, 2021. The label was created but the package was never dropped off at the post office and sent to me.

I finally received the item nearly two months after ordering it so I have removed the word "scam" from my review since I did eventually receive it. However, I will not order from them again, shipping takes entirely too long and the quality of the item is meh.

Ordered a top on 12/9/20 and it still…

Updated 1/15/21...my order arrived today!...so I can add a star...Updated 12/31...they sent me a response with a fake phone number and fake email address so I guess that proves my point...Ordered a top on 12/9/20 and it still has not been shipped...paid for expedited shipping...no link or access to customer service so I can’t even follow up with them...they are another example of internet scamming...this link came from Facebook... I have lost all respect for Facebook and will not trust any site that pops up...don’t buy anything from Diversetrends!!!

Scammers?

I ordered a Diversetrends product November 26th. I received an order #. When following up the instructions to track my delivery, I received a 404 code that the order page doesn't exist. When I searched for a refund, the company policy doesn't give refunds. As for Customer Service... I had no results. 1st Update: After posting a review, I received a response from Diversetrends.com. I have a tracking# that works. Delivery expected soon. 2nd update: I received the package. We're very happy with our purchase. I would order again from Diverstrends.com knowing that customer service and delivery tracking could be limited to none.

I wouldn’t recommend

I purchased a t-shirt via an ad through Instagram. It took well over a month to arrive. I should have read their shipping policy before ordering bc it came from China. They don’t have anywhere on their site to write reviews. The shirt came it looks similar to the image but the sleeves are huge and material isn’t the best quality. So wrinkly once it was washed I didn’t bother drying it bc I don’t want it to shrink. I want me $30 back!

I order a my heartbeats for dance sweatshirt on April 28th. However, the tracking says it's in the United States. Diverse Customer Service Department says there's a delay due to the COVID Virus. I haven't had any problems with other companies' orders. Deeply disappointed. It's too bad so I really wanted the sweatshirt. Do not order from them until you want to be ripped off.

I order 3 quilts & they are Beautiful

I order 3 quilts & they are Beautiful. Two sea turtles & one fishing. The quilts are very soft. I sent a few Facebook pms asking about the delivery for the quilts & every-time they answered within a day. They are very nice & friendly & very helpful too.

DO NOT BUY FROM DIVERSE TRENDS / FENZHE

I ordered a quilt from Diverse Trends / Fenzhe. The quilt that I received does not look like the one in the photographs in the advertisement. I am extremely unhappy with the appearance of the quilt; it is ugly. I attempted to work with this company to return the item, but they were very difficult to work with. They would take several days to reply to emails. The emails basically said nothing. They finally offered to give me a partial refund of $6.50 and said that I had to pay return shipping, which would cost $20.00. I PAID $65.99 FOR THE QUILT! I attempted to get a refund through PayPal, but lost the case in PayPal. PayPal said the "appearance" reason was not good enough, and they just ignored the $6.50 refund offered for my $65.99 purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! UNBELIEVABLE. I gave the blanket to my dogs.

Scam! Order # DT26199

Scam! Ordered a month ago, never received any emails from them. Finally emailed them, they actually quickly got back to me and sent a tracking number. The tracking number with USPS said "USPS currently awaiting package."
A month later still waiting on package from the seller, this is a very elaborate scam. They have gone great lengths to swindle people out of their hard earned money. They are the lowest form of scum!

Should have read the reviews before hand but saw these cute camping quilts on a Facebook link and ordered one December 7th. Here it is December 29th and no product received. Contacting customer service did nothing but give me false tracking information and no product. Took my credit card payment which I will probably not get back. Total loss of funds but valuable lesson learned. Do Not Order From This False Company!

WORST QUALITY EVER!!

WORST QUALITY EVER!!! I ordered a supposed "sweatshirt" in 2XL so I could layer over other shirts (I normally wear a L). The shirt says XXL but would probably fit someone wearing a small or Xsmall. Not a sweatshirt - just nylon and one sleeve is longer than the other - I have emailed customer service and not heard anything from them. The instructions for return for refund are so convoluted and time consuming AND does not list "does not fit" as a valid reason to return. I will never order from this online retailer again - maybe I can find a child who can wear this! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY - WASTED $35!!!!!!
