It was only when I received the shoes that I realised the laces were not elastic just like my previous pair
Other than that the quality of the shoes is excellent

The shoes are great. Really comfy, and the material is high quality. Slightly negative, the shoes arrived quite late due to confusion in the order (I got the wrong shoes), but Diverge was really good at finding a solution.

Great service and amazing product, bought the trainers for my husband's Christmas present, he really likes them they are really great quality and well made.

Unique shoes. High quality manufacturing. Attention to detail, there is not a stitch out of place. Fun to wear a one off shoe, and personalized. It creates a huge "be yourself" effect among people.
Well done! I suggest a size up. Which can be compensated in any case with an additional insole.

At first i was a bit skeptical about customising my own sneakers, and i didn’t know if I could trust the 3D model that was shown. But because i knew they had free returns and exchanges i gave it a shot. In the end i am extremely happy with my choice, and the 3D model they have is scarily accurate with the real sneaker. Overall very happy with the sneakers and experience.


I have to admit I LOVE this brand.
1 year ago I bought for my bf a pair of their sneakers and they are so stylish and cool; he had a little issue and the customer service has been so so so amazing they fixed it and now he has an amazing second pair that is even more comfortable and unique. I can t wait to have a pair for myself (i have wide feet sadly) because I envy a lot him using his diverge sneakers!

I am not really the type of guy that writes reviews, but i feel like i have to make one after the amazing experience they gave me. First of all i think the sneakers look amazing, and i absolutely am in love with my pair. But the real reason i am writing this review is because of the help i got from the customer service. They helped me get the right sizing and were just so quick at answering me and were very helpful.


I just got my sneakers yesterday and they fit perfectly. An employee talked with me to make sure i had the right size, and in the end she said to take another size and it was the right call. The responses were super quick and very helpfull overall.

Have walked in my shoes for about 2 weeks and they are amazing! They are very comfortable and the overall quality of the materials is great. Would highly recommend

Lovely looking shoes, excellent quality!

I ordered a pair of sneakers over 2 months ago, contacted the Diverge after 4 weeks as they had not arrived. I was informed that they had not met quality control and had to be remade. However, that staff were on a 'well-deserved' break and they would prioritise my order when they returned back to work.
The order has still not arrived and so I requested a refund but there has been no further communication from the company!

I have purchased my Diverge sneakers last year. I just love the concept, quality, looks and the fact that they are only mine, unique and special. They also have a great customer service, I have had a small problem with my previous order that was solved in no time and with 0 fuss. I will be reordering for sure !

Absolutely the best shoes and such good customer service.
3 friends and I bought shoes from here and they are such good quality and value for money plus super comfortable. There was a small issue with one and they fixed and returned it so quickly, customer service was amazing throughout too.

Can’t wait to buy many more pairs from here!
