Worst clothing company ever!! They should not be allowed to trade! Company refund policy is impossible! It’s taken me almost two weeks to get a return address now making it too late for me to send my clothes back! You get automated replies and not genuine responses from real people! The clothes look nothing like they do on the website! Disgraceful

Unethical business practices - don't purchase from this site!
Diva Noche is a completely unethical company and would never recommend purchasing from this site. A few things to note: 1) If you use a discount code, it makes your order ineligible for any returns or exchanges (wrong size...sorry, not exchangeable, if you used a discount code. Sounds pretty shady to me), 2) their products are shipped from China, so it took about 4-8 weeks for my items to arrive, 3) they make the return process impossible (you need to upload a picture of every item you plan on returning), 4) they do not have a customer service line - only email, 5) products are extremely poor quality (e.g. similar quality to my cheap halloween costumes). Would never recommend purchasing from this site. It's money down the drain.

Absolutely worst clothing I've ever had. All from China. Terribly horribly thin, everything is see thru. worst cutting and tailoring.. nothing even close to what the pictures show. Rompers very poorly made, didn't cover my top if it were to cover my bottom! I spent $350 and won't get anything back because they make it almost impossible to return. You have to apply to return it within 14 "natural" days. Such bs. Don't ever buy from here and tell everyone you know

Terrible.
My wife ordered 4 items, 1 arrived first then we had to wait 2 weeks to get the remaining ones.
The quality was terrible. Really.
glitters falling off the dress, horrible cutting, the worst quality I've seen.
Of course, no refund, only 25% if accepted by the merchant, and you have to pay for the shipping back.
Last but not least, the account was removed after the transaction, the email address was not recognised on the website, makes it impossible to create a ticket or complain.
DO NOT BUY ON DIVA NOCHE!!!
