I strongly do not recommend any shopping at Ditur
I bought a Tissot Chrono XL from Ditur for over 5000 NOK. The watch came in terrible condition. the watch was not properly secured and "flew" in the box, so the protective foil fell off. The cover from the box is detached and falls off the rest of the box. The watch was sent to me in this condition by the Ditur company. I contacted Ditur, in response I received a message that I had to glue it myself and Ditur would refund me NOK 250. I strongly do not recommend this seller.

I did not get my watch repaired
I did not get my watch repaired. Although the problem started 2 months after using it and I provided all the required evidence but based on some explanations that made no sense and had a clear broken logic you rejected the warranty on the case and did not repair the watch. So, I just decided not to follow the case anymore because I saw that you are using all illogical arguments possible to reject the case. I decided not to argue more and not to waste my time and energy on this.
