Poor service
Good collection and prices. Extremely poor customer service. I have ordered a watch which showed 5 days delivery while paying, I also followed up to request 5 days delivery as stated on the purchase. After 2 days and constant follow up on delivery got no specific answer to my question and now the I recieve an email that the watch is still not dispatched. I will cancel the order - hope that goes ok. Overall, order only if you have a lot of patience and want to pay for poor service.

Good bracelet quality - poor locking mechanism lugs
Overall quality of bracelet is very good. But I wish there was room for applying a tool opposite of the handle on the open/lock mechanism, as the spave between lugs is so tight that removing the bracelet is a pain and you risk damaging the insides of the lugs.

I ordered a watch as a Christmas gift, and the experience was great! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition despite coming from another country. While the free gift was initially missing, customer service responded promptly and sent it to me for free. The only small issue was that the watch arrived already on, instead of needing the pin removed. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience!

Hei.. This is my first time to order here in Ditur. Of course I like the style of the watch, they fit to my wrist. One thing i notice is that the color seems so fade.. Not the real color in picture. And then they took so long to deliver and i pick up from another post office location. And what i expect i will get a free ''klokkeboks''
