First wrong watch, Replacement was empty box
Originally, they sent a similar watch with the tags of the one I had ordered: but their difference in value was over 400€. After dealing with Customer Service, which was slow, they sent the "correct watch" after I had returned the mistakenly shipped watch. This package was EMPTY, and in perfect condition. I am reporting fraud and still hoping to hear back. DO NOT ORDER FROM DITUR !
The comment from Emma below is misleading. They are not working on a solution at all, rather trying to place the blame on DHL. I have escalated the issue with the police and my credit card issuer.

We are sorry to hear that an item was missing from your package. This is of course a very unfortunate situation. Our video surveillance from the warehouse shows that the package was sent correctly from us, and therefore we need to have the matter investigated further by DHL.
In order to open a case with them, we need some information from you. I understand that you have not wanted to share this yet – but without it, unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the case.
We would really like to help you, and therefore hope that you will get back to us by email, so that together we can find a good solution.
