Delivery times terrible
Paid extra for 24 hour delivery (rather than the 48 hour service) as required the item urgently. It was despatched on Monday by you but not delivered until Thursday, - 72 hour service!

Hi, we are sorry you received your parcel late, however once it leaves us we have no control over what happens to it. we dont pop your printing in the car and personally deliver it to you, that would be really expensive, we use Royal Mail who are usually quite good. Not quite sure how we get one star when for 'terrible delivery times' when like you mention we dispatched it when we said we would.

Card do pass a quality control before they leave us and can only think your has slipped the net. very seldom do we have a printing issue but will certainly send you a replacement. You will see from virtually all our reviews that our print quality is very high and customers are very happy with it, this is why we would like the opportunity to rectify this.

Careful ordering from this company.
So I found this company on Ebay as I needed to get my drone stickers for my I'd tags. In the advert it says you get your card plus 5 stickers. It also has a link in the advert if you want them done a bit quicker. This link takes you to their website.
So I follow the link, order the card and what I assume will.be the stickers as well. I now have to pay for postage where if you order from Ebay it's free. OK I think to myself, I wanted them quickly so I pay the extra.
A few days later my post turns up, I get the plastic card (which I don't really need, and not why I ordered) but no stickers.
There is no email address on their website for me to write to, only a phone number. I haven't got time to be messing around ringing people.
In the end I made up my own stickers using a label maker.
So a waste of money. I'd make sure you know what you're ordering, or order from a different company as there's loads out there on Ebay.

I don't have time during office hours to call you, I'm busy, you know, working, would you answer my call at 11pm when I wrote this original review? No I didn't think so. As a professional company, why don't you have an email address? Why must people call you?
If you don't want people ordering the wrong thing, then perhaps put the correct link on your eBay advert, and this would have saved this issue.
Your response shows I made the correct decision to leave the original review. If you don't want honest reviews, then perhaps don't ask for the review in the first place.

Sooooo, "I haven't got time to be messing around ringing people" but yet you have time to log in to trustpilot and bang out a lengthy 1 star review. pretty certain a quick call would have resolved this sooner.
oh, "I'd make sure you.know what you're ordering", you clearly didnt if you didnt want the card, we do sell the stickers on their own.

We dont advertise an email address on our website as it attracts so much spam. we do put an email address in our notifications should you need to reply.

Great item but site needs improving slightly
Great item. Only faults were it wouldn't let you change font even though there were different font options. And if you chose not to have the top table as table 1 then you couldn't have a top table.
I was wanting the top table and then 1- 5 tables below.
Other than that good item
