I just purchased 2 funeral policies for myself and girlfriend at an amazing price. I love to travel and now have piece of mind that if something happens anywhere in the world, I am taken care of. Josh was able to answer all questions and made it easy. I highly recommend this company!

We chose Distinctive Life not knowing what steps we needed to take in the funeral process. Lynette made everything so easy and she was so sweet along the way. She answered multiple family member questions and was very attentive. She followed up with us often and helped us with an issue even two weeks later. Lynette is fantastic and so was our experience.

I had chosen a different Funeral Home and was not at all satisfied with their service. I called Distinctive Life and spoke to Lynnette, she immediately made me feel better. She came by our house and explained everything to us. She was very caring and understanding.

From the moment of walking through the door of Distinctive Life and meeting the staff I felt at ease and that I was being respected and listened to. Julie Brister the Funeral Director sat with me and together arranged the details. Julie explained the various options and give advice when asked. There was no pressure; she was helpfully relational as we discussed the issues. Julie was very helpful and gracious pertaining to every aspect. And she was a great assist and behind the seen facilitator at the Celebration of Life held for my Step Father. The guests and family were impressed. During the most difficult time of my life, Distinctive Life Cremations made it a lot easier than I would have imagined. They are very caring, understanding and willing to help out in anyway. My experience with them was very smooth. From their team coming to get my mom when she passed,giving the family time to kiss her goodbye without seeming rushed. To meeting with one of the directors to discuss what we wanted for the service. Everything was on the family's time. Anything you wanted they offered. And if there was something they didn't have, they knew where to point you. On the day of, they handled everything. It was amazing customer service. I had a special request that I wanted them to do before my mom was cremated and they did that for me as well. I was very pleased with the way they captured my mom's essence and how they did not overdo her. Thank you Distinctive Life for the way you treated my family.

I just want to acknowledge the most Amazing Ladie that I've ever met !
Her name is Julie Brister LFD at Westheimer, Houston Texas. Anything and everything that could possible go wrong , in the last 2 weeks of my Fathers life , when the wrong. I had to put my Father in Methidist Hospital and after him being in the hospital for 5 days II then had to admit my Mother for Pnewmonia . Then on Monday the 12 day of April came the hardest day of my life when I had to put my Father in Houston Hospice Hospital. While my Mother was stile in the Methodist Hospital. I was running back and forth between the Hospitals. I knew my Father was going to pass so I got Our Wonderful Dr to release my Mother and I took my Mother to my Father. My Mother only got to be with him for only 2 1/2 hours before he passed away. My Father waited on my Mother to come to him before he passed. He passed Friday April 15 2016.
Cremation is what we all want and I'm telling you that this Amazing Ladie was a God Sent. She took care of everything. I Father was in the United States Air Force for 25 years and she took care of everything for me Perfectly. While I put my Mother back into the Methadist Hospital. I promised my Father that as soon as I got Momma over her Pnewmonia I was going to get her discharged from the hospital and we were coming to get him and we were going home. Julie helped my promise to the T . They day Momma was discharged we met with Julie and pick up Daddy and we came home. Everything happens for a reason and Julie made Every aspect of this Very Reasuring, Very Humbleing, Very Respectful
and we are Very Greatful to Julie Brister for EVERYTHING she has done for Our Family and the Humbling and Respectful way it was done.
