Case Still Pending After 15+ Weeks

I have been in an ongoing dispute process with DisputesService for over 15 weeks now.

While the case was initially handled and communication was present, the process has significantly slowed down. For several weeks, updates have been very general and have not provided clear information regarding progress or expected timelines.

The case has been described as being under “internal review” for a prolonged period, without any concrete clarification as to what remains outstanding or when a resolution can realistically be expected.

I appreciate that dispute processes can take time, and I remain hopeful that the matter will ultimately be resolved fairly. However, at this stage, the lack of transparency and consistent communication has become concerning.

I would appreciate clearer updates and more concrete information moving forward.

Saying complaints will be resolved in…

Saying complaints will be resolved in 24h a 48 hours, but all they do is ignore you after you send in all details and info. Even know cases where they drag complaints for months. Not very trustworthy.
