Super easy to work with. I had my own designer prepare the panels but the folks there were prompt with proofs and corrections.

We just finished our first franchise expo and used your display. It was easy to put up and looked amazing. We drew a great crowd!

Amazing customer service!!! Best in the business... Also, great design team that helped with graphics. Their timing and response in communication / emails was incredible. I would recommend DisplayIt to anyone looking for top notch advertising.

Overall great experience. There was a little confusion about downloading artwork and approval, but that was resolved fairly quickly.

These guys are the real deal! Excellent customer service and a beautiful product. It was easy to set up, shipped in its own containers, and we received many many compliments on how nice our booth looked at the trade show. We will certainly do business again! Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with DisplayIt. You were recommended to me by a collegue at my former company. I was not disappointed!
I worked with your Creative Director, Teresa Franklin-Kern. Teresa was fantastic!! She was able to take my vague idea of what I wanted and in a quick turn-around come up with a great design.

At the last minute, I asked if we could expedite the shipping by one day so I could show my international reps who were visiting the office the new design and he took care of it.

Could not recommend this company more for trade show banners. They stand behind their products and do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied. When our banner arrived and the colors weren't what we expected, they corrected the issues and shipped the new banner with time to spare to meet our deadline.

The team at Displayit has been amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we had the highest quality design and graphic before moving to production. I really appreciate their level of communication, expertise and professionalism dedicated to each and every project they work on, large and small.

Exactly what I wanted for our floor banner, staff very helpful, art graphics great, pricing was terrific, will be ordering our 8x10 from them once we start the project. I highly recommend this company.

Enjoyed my experience working with Displayit. The process was streamlined, and the final product was excellent. We just returned from our first show with our new display and we referred others to Displayit! They were all jealous of how easy our display was to assemble and disassemble.

Our company ordered the 10" Flat Graffiti Plus Backlit Wall kit from Displayit. It has been a huge hit at conventions, bringing us lots of traffic to our booth. We received many compliments on our booth throughout the year.
Unfortunately, we lost the 3 transformers that light up the display. When I looked online to order replacements, I found they are not sold individually. I called Displayit and Leo not only found some transformers to sell me, but he overnight shipped then to me. We had an event we needed to ship the booth to right away and he saved the day! We love our backlit booth, it's awesome! Better than that, Displayit has incredible customer service that goes above and beyond to help their customers.

We used Displayit last year to do an Arc Banner. This year I wanted to update it and started the order just asking support if it was possible with the artwork we had. Even after we had the artwork formatted for the banner, the image was not up to their specs. Amanda and Hannah worked with us to get it to where they felt comfortable that it would look good. Then Radu called me to discuss the image quality and make sure We’d be happy with it.

We were on a tight deadline but they got it to us 2 days before show. I opened the box and it was the wrong size, square instead of arc banner. It was after hours so I emailed them. First thing the next morning I got an email from Amanda and Hannah and Radu apologizing and working to get a new banner overnighted. They did a fantastic job fixing the oops. The new banner was delivered by 10:30 the next morning, just in time for our conference, And it looks great!

Everyone makes mistakes and since this order was started with email and there was a lot of back and forth, I can understand how this happened. What makes this company shine is how they handled it. They’ve got quality products and outstanding customer service. Thank you Amanda, Hannah, and Radu.

I have had a great experience with Displayit. I purchased their Case N Counter for our children's church check-in station. Everything was great, although it was a bit wobbly for what I was going to be putting on it (an iMac, keyboard, wireless printer, etc.). I reached out to the Displayit team, and they were understanding, very kind and helpful. They recommended their large rectangular counter instead of the one I purchased, so they went ahead and started a new product order for me of no charge. Their kindness and willingness to go out of their way to help the customer out (when it was my fault and misunderstanding of the product I ordered) speaks volumes. I HIGHLY recommend using them if you need any portable counters, or signs, or any product they have to offer. They will take care of you, and ensure that you leave satisfied after doing business with them!

I really liked the banner that they made for our church, but I wasn’t happy with the customer service. I was handed off to several people in the process, and the last person never called me back. So I ended up calling them back several times and I didn’t feel like they appreciated my business. So I called back and I got a very nice gentleman who not only gave me a update, but told when to expect my package. Thank you very much for giving me the chance to express my concerns.

I was so excited to receive our first display. I had a youth open it up while i was doing something else and when I returned he has the entire thing almost completely set up. It was fast and easy and looks amazing. Thank you!
