Professional, with a hint of personal.
From start to finish this company are completely professional, but still with that added personal touch.
I was away when my delivery arrived, but was kept up to date via emails and know it arrived promptly. The added tissue paper, which not many companies do, was a gorgeous touch. My friend also ordered around the same time and it was the first thing we commented on.
Definitely recommend using this company :)

Perfect service, yet again!
Both items were in perfect condition, often even new Loungefly have marks or off stitching, but both items were spot on. Delivery was fast and items were very well packed. I was surprised at how reasonably priced they were too.
