Do not give Disigni your business
Disigni.com seems to be a rebranded "company" that was recently Tenfold Animations (or had some affiliation). Tenfold Animations ripped off thousands of dollars from folks before closing shop. Then Disigni emerges the same exact time Tenfold folds. Here's the tactic: they buy or fake a bunch of good reviews on sites like this and put up an impressive website (notice how all the reviews on here are brand new and almost ridiculously stellar but also extremely vague and generic with zero details on the actual experience, signed out by some very fake sounding names). They seem legit at first and deliver some ok product but not great and make you do a ton of labor. Then here's the kicker: they overcharge you by hundreds of dollars. When you catch them at it, they feign apologies and promise to refund you your money but months and months go by and they make you chase them. Then one day out of nowhere, the numbers of all the contacts are shut down. But the website for Tenfold Animations is still up with its query form. So I submitted the form to try to get a hold of someone. And guess what happens? Not even 10 minutes later we got call from a rep from Disigni. The person (named "Frank") sounds exactly the same as the person I spoke with @ Tenfold. But he refused to answer repeated questions about Tenfold or why he was calling in response to a Tenfold query form. He wouldn't even acknowledge the question, which was rude. But boy was Frank hankering for our business. Disigni has bank accounts in a bunch of states in a bunch of banks (they offered us several). Which seems sketchy right? AND: Disigni requires prospective customers to sign some BS illegal NDA before you do business with them that says you can't share your experiences with them online--including your financial experiences. I wonder why? Maybe they should not have done business with someone who is also a journalist who reports on economics and fraudulent business. I have reported them for fraud. UPDATE: A short while after I posted this review, Disigni repeatedly emailed me, trying to pressure me to take down this review. First, they feigned complete ignorance to even knowing what Tenfold Animations was and asserted that I was "confused." Then the story changed to some website "glitch" that somehow forwarded TA's query forms to Disigni. Then finally Disigni's story changed that Tenfold Animations is purposefully trying to tank their company and ruin their reputation by forwarding queries from their website to Disigni. Besides making no sense, this contradicts their initial assertion that they had no idea why I was referencing Tenfold Animations in my review here. Folks can read the other reviews for themselves and Google the names of the posters. They can't be found on the internet. There's no company or type of work mentioned. The reviews are generic and offer no concrete details. I am glad to forward anyone concerned my correspondences with Disigni as well as the NDA they forwarded.
