Do not give Disigni your business

Disigni.com seems to be a rebranded "company" that was recently Tenfold Animations (or had some affiliation). Tenfold Animations ripped off thousands of dollars from folks before closing shop. Then Disigni emerges the same exact time Tenfold folds. Here's the tactic: they buy or fake a bunch of good reviews on sites like this and put up an impressive website (notice how all the reviews on here are brand new and almost ridiculously stellar but also extremely vague and generic with zero details on the actual experience, signed out by some very fake sounding names). They seem legit at first and deliver some ok product but not great and make you do a ton of labor. Then here's the kicker: they overcharge you by hundreds of dollars. When you catch them at it, they feign apologies and promise to refund you your money but months and months go by and they make you chase them. Then one day out of nowhere, the numbers of all the contacts are shut down. But the website for Tenfold Animations is still up with its query form. So I submitted the form to try to get a hold of someone. And guess what happens? Not even 10 minutes later we got call from a rep from Disigni. The person (named "Frank") sounds exactly the same as the person I spoke with @ Tenfold. But he refused to answer repeated questions about Tenfold or why he was calling in response to a Tenfold query form. He wouldn't even acknowledge the question, which was rude. But boy was Frank hankering for our business. Disigni has bank accounts in a bunch of states in a bunch of banks (they offered us several). Which seems sketchy right? AND: Disigni requires prospective customers to sign some BS illegal NDA before you do business with them that says you can't share your experiences with them online--including your financial experiences. I wonder why? Maybe they should not have done business with someone who is also a journalist who reports on economics and fraudulent business. I have reported them for fraud. UPDATE: A short while after I posted this review, Disigni repeatedly emailed me, trying to pressure me to take down this review. First, they feigned complete ignorance to even knowing what Tenfold Animations was and asserted that I was "confused." Then the story changed to some website "glitch" that somehow forwarded TA's query forms to Disigni. Then finally Disigni's story changed that Tenfold Animations is purposefully trying to tank their company and ruin their reputation by forwarding queries from their website to Disigni. Besides making no sense, this contradicts their initial assertion that they had no idea why I was referencing Tenfold Animations in my review here. Folks can read the other reviews for themselves and Google the names of the posters. They can't be found on the internet. There's no company or type of work mentioned. The reviews are generic and offer no concrete details. I am glad to forward anyone concerned my correspondences with Disigni as well as the NDA they forwarded.

Hi Laura Kiesel

We take accusations like this very seriously and want to set the record straight: Disigni has absolutely no connection with Tenfold Animations or any other fraudulent company. We are a legitimate business, and we operate with complete transparency, professionalism, and integrity.

It’s concerning that a claim like this is being made without any real evidence or proof of wrongdoing on our part. If you have actually done business with us and experienced an issue, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can address your concerns. However, if you have never taken any service from us, then it's clear that this review is based on assumptions rather than facts.

We urge everyone reading this to consider the following:

Have you personally experienced any fraudulent activity from Disigni? If not, then this review is misleading.

The claim that we are "rebranded scammers" is completely false. We have built our reputation by delivering quality work to our clients.

The suggestion that all our reviews are fake is unfounded. We have real, satisfied clients who can attest to the quality of our services.

If there were actual "fraud investigations" against us, we would welcome proof. Baseless accusations do not make something true.

We understand that online misinformation spreads easily, but we stand by our credibility and our work. We encourage readers to verify facts instead of believing unverified claims. We are more than happy to clarify any concerns directly—because we have nothing to hide.

We hope the reviewer recognizes their mistake and removes this misleading review. False claims like this do nothing but spread misinformation and hurt honest businesses.

Can someone get our non-profit our promised refund?

I used the Tenfold Animations website.

I submitted a request for animations.

This company called me in response to that inquiry.

Tenfold Animations was [is?] a scammy group of people who claim to provide refunds when they rip you off but never do-- then close their business.

I wonder if Disigni is the same people under a different name? If you want to know how to pay them, "Frank" will offer you a bunch of different bank accounts-- he says they have plenty to choose from.

In addition, they want you to sign an NDA -- don't.

Don't do business with them.

BTW: I have email receipts to support my claim.

Hi Erik,

It’s unfortunate that you had a bad experience elsewhere, but we want to make it absolutely clear that Disigni has no connection with Tenfold Animations or any other fraudulent company. We are a legitimate business, committed to delivering high-quality work with transparency and integrity.

We understand that scams exist in the industry, and we strongly stand against such practices. However, we also believe it is unfair to associate our company with another business simply because of a bad experience you had elsewhere. To be clear—have you ever taken any service from us? If so, we would be happy to address your concerns. But if you have never worked with us, then it’s only fair to acknowledge that this review is misplaced.

Disigni has a proven track record of satisfied clients, and we always prioritize professionalism and trust. If you or anyone reading this has any doubts, we encourage you to verify the facts, check our work, and speak to our clients. We are confident that once you do, you will see that this review does not reflect our company in any way.

We hope that, upon reflection, you will recognize this misunderstanding and reconsider your review. Unfounded accusations can mislead others and unfairly damage a legitimate business. We appreciate honesty and fairness in all aspects of our work and trust that you will do the same.
