Major Redemption!!
These guys messed up my order last week and have MORE than redeemed themselves! I ordered 30mg Reta and received a 20mg instead. i wrote them and figured they'd send out 10mg to "make me whole." They went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND because when I received my replacement shipment today, what did it contain?? Two 30mg bottles and some bac. water! Thank you so very much Disguised Research! Great products but disappointing logistics.
This company came highly recommended from a friend so I decided to give it a shot. My first order arrived as it should, albeit later than advertised. I decided to try to stay ahead of the falsely advertised ship times by ordering sooner and my order has had the shipping label printed for 4 days with no movement. Very frustrating when trying to keep things consistent on my end. Love the quality of the products but the shipping issues are incredibly frustrating.
