I'm absolutely recommending Salkan - for not only their great products and ethos, but also for the help I got from their customer service.

I ordered the Carry-On in green and realised once it arrived that it didn't really match what I wanted. The black version was sold out, but James made sure I got the help I needed quickly and straight to the point. It took some time for the restock to arrive, but they kept their word and I'm superhappy with the experience.

They were quick to answer and helped me the best they could, I wish more companies had the same way of working!
The bag itself is of great quality, a bit on the heavier side, but that's to be expected if you want it to last a lifetime.

Salkan was super helpful when I was pondering what bag and equipment I should get for my travels. In the end I bought a 45L + 20L combo for my 2 month travel trip around south east Asia. Not only was it comfortable, sturdy and never broke on me. I was surprised at how many items could fit in the bag itself, with multiple zip up pockets and compartments in the bag, I managed to fit evrything in there.

Purchased a rucksack from Salkan recently….not only does it look good but it’s really high quality too. Bag arrived quickly and they were super responsive when I had a question. Looking forward to seeing their new stock!

Love my backpack and love what the company stands for. The bag arrived more quickly than expected. It's really stylish and was well packaged. I loved figuring out all the clever pockets and features. I've just taken in for a test as drive on a walk in Tenerife and it was really comfortable. Highly recommended!

I love my Salkan bags, I have the Carry On and the Tripper cross body bag and use them almost every day! The quality is great and they arrived super quickly after ordering.

Incredible packs. I have the 35ltr Carry-On and it now goes everywhere with me. Holidays away, doing the food shop or on weekend hikes, it's super comfortable and looks great!

I managed to change my order very easily before it was shipped and the bag in general is awesome, I took it to South America on a long trip and it was a perfect travel buddy!

Bought a bag from this company as I saw them advertised on Social Media a year or so ago.

I have the Carry-On 35L and absolutely love it. It's become my go-to for all my trips and have taken it as the name suggests as a "carry-on" on all flights. No bother, whatsoever.

I received exceptional service from this company, the quality of the backpacks are second to none, as is the design. If they look like they might be right for you don't hesitate to purchase. One of the products wasn't right for me personally (the sizing) - the returns process was completely frictionless and generous.

Edited update .After some initial challenges Salkan issued a quick refund. But not only that they made a gesture of goodwill. Excellent customer service
