25% off 1st booking is very misleading meaning that inspite of the offer it's cheaper to book through 3rd party site without the so called discount.
25% is off best FLEXI rate but once booked becomes non cancellable so a total con used just to get email subscribers.

Some of the pros include a very friendly & helpful female receptionist, trustworthy staff, very beautiful view, clean room, warm shower, good price, quiet area, strategic location, & comfy bed.
Some of the cons include very bad WiFi usually between 22:00 and 07:00, no door sign (“please do not disturb” or “please clean the room”), no hairdryer, no mini fridge, & several spam messages after the stay begging me to join their membership.
