Great company
They had the product in stock and shipped it right away. My only issue is that they didn't provide a tracking number when the product shipped. I received a notice that it had been delivered.

Just What I Needed
The protective guard for the feed chute on my wood chipper was falling apart. The OEM part was of poor quality and it didn't make sense to order another one from the manufacturer. I decided to fabricate a replacement and Discount Rubber Direct had the 24"x24"x 1/4" thick sheet of neoprene rubber I needed in stock. Customer service was able to verify the shipment would go directly to my house, saving me a trip into town, since I live in a rural area.

Lead Time Issues
The lead time for product was 2-3 days on 12/17/24 and I have yet to receive my product on 1/2/24. Sales Team is super helpful and nice, but it seems production has some time management issues.
