This company seems to be apsolutely rubbish! I ordered a pair of "orthopedic" shoes, at least this is how they were described. I received them after 11 days!!! and guess what. It was the wrong size, instead of 41 I received 37!!!, packed unprofessionally in a plastic bag with no information at all and very stinky. Who knows the condition of the factory these shoes were made? I have sent two emails, no response so far. Thanks to a reviewer I found the retour address and sent them back. I informed also Klarna about it asking them stop making business with this company. Strange enough is that it is allowed to continue with business in NL and Belgium and there is no-one to stop them! Perhaps to start a legal process?

Absolute garbage!
This company are simply thieves. You pay, and that is the end of their dealings with you.
In January, I ordered a watch worth 40 euros. Of course, after many emails, they stopped communicating with me, expecting me to shrug my shoulders and walk away. Not happening!
First, I tried the Consumentenbond, but, if the company does not register with the Consumentenbond, they are powerless to help. (????).
Next, I shall initiate legal action against these thieves. I will not permit these people to steal 40 euros from me. I'll let you all know how that goes.
Keep away from these thieves!
