Love my box I received! Deff worth the value!! I just purchased 3 more! Shipping was super fast and it was packed with items 3X value that I paid for the box.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered my first package and never received it — for some unknown reason it was returned, and I was never refunded. In the end, I was left with neither the order nor my money.

Despite this, I decided to give the service another chance and placed a second order, this time more expensive, expecting some kind of “mystery box” experience with sealed packages and an element of surprise. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.

The contents looked like a random collection of useless items, as if it was just leftover stock that no one had sorted through. There was no sense of excitement or value — it felt more like they were just getting rid of unwanted inventory.

Overall, a huge disappointment. I will not be using this service again and cannot recommend it to others.

This is my 2nd and final buy from Discount lotz. My first box had five things in it five or six and it wasn’t too bad. I could use four out of the five or six things which was great this box I got three things, the same bright pink headphones I got in the first box, a pair of gigantic shorts And birthday party decorations. What a waste of my money I thought OK 24 $25 no biggie but I was hoping I would get something that I could use or like or enjoy or something. The birthday decorations are like a fan paper shorts are humongous and the hot pink headphones are the same kind I got the last Time Very disappointing. Don’t waste your money. I have done the another one not from them and I paid I think $109 and it was worth it definitely worth it this don’t waste your money.

the items inside the boxes valued $50 at the most for both boxes .

Most of the items I received were from dollar general which is not one of the stores they list. I spent $150 dollars I might have gotten $70 worth of items. This was not worth the money or my time . Please do not waste your money

Never recieved my package. Company won't respond to my requests for a replacement or refund. Beware of this company--terrible customer service in my experience!

I would give zero stars if it would let me. First of all the box was way smaller than pictures. Second of all, I was sent dirty, used items. The value of what I received could not be more than $30. Paper decorations, used kids books, clearance Halloween tutus( with goodwill stickers on them) are what I received. BUYER BEWARE. ITS A SCAM.

I would give less stars if I could. This box definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid for a large box. The photos and description made it seem like you would get decent stuff and is very misleading. This is a scam. This was all cheap, opened, and 1 item isn’t in any packaging that states what it is. I am very disappointed and wish that I had looked the company up before I bought anything. Also, it was delivered almost 2 weeks after Christmas. I’m glad it is now because everything in it is useless or damaged so I wouldn’t have been able to gift it anyway.

What a joke nothing but broken used stuff or so old it doesn't work. I spent 50.00 and my box was maybe worth 10.00. I knew I wasn't getting apple products or cell phones but I wasn't expecting a box of JUNK!!!

We ordered 5 mystery boxes for christmas. I understand they are a mystery box! but we did not recieve them on time and we we received 3 boxes, they all had the same outdated items. for example: the metal pant hangers from the 80s. There were 2 kids pink shirts in each and ugly size 13 women shoes. we didnt want to open the 2 boxes that showed up days later. Working w/ the company is terrible. disrespectful and dishonest.

I ordered two boxes to have fun with on Christmas Eve with my grown children. I ordered two boxes totaling $75. Well I received my first box on Jan 3. It was not a box but a 9x13 envelope with junk inside. Do not order from this place they are a huge scam.

I placed an order 9 days ago and the package still hasn't been shipped. They are refusing to cancel the order and refund my money.

No communication, no change to order status until 12/15 when a shipping label was created, However that was it. Made several attempts to contact through email with no success. When you call their phone number, you cannot get a live person, All the extensions just hang up on you. Currently disputing with my credit card. Stay far away from this company

This site is a joke. My $150 mystery box had a value of less than $50 all junk. Order took a month and multiple calls to CS I wish I could get my money back
In a concept it’s a fun idea ( we were doing it for a dirty Santa type game but it’s a bunch of junk )

Do not order from here this is not Amazon undelivered mail or returns or overstock or anything but the cheapest items they can find to fill the boxes! I’m dead serious I was so disappointed I cried! All three of my boxes had paper plates and cups and the same items in different colors! You think out of everything $350 you would get at least one item that you liked or something at least worth giving someone for a gift! Nope! They literally went to the dollar tree or similar like free books from Kay’s and packed these boxes and they aren’t even trying to be sneaky about it! There was literally no packages to open just trash! How disappointing! Hate to see these peeps Karma scamming people every day all day! Oh And it took well over a month to get my packages which I had already sent an email asking for a refund which I guess they were like no just wait another 3 weeks for our trash to get to you! If I had to add it up out of $350 I spent on 3 boxes maybe $40 and nothing of value, nothing even had weight to it! Here’s some of the things Holiday cards, Easter egg dying kit, pantie hose in all 3 boxes, Xmas lights, books no one’s heard of or out dated, cheap stuffed toys not even fluffy, glow bracelets, buttons, banners , cotton to make spiderwebs just ridiculous and they shouldn’t be in business!!!

Do not use this site. Accidentally ordered a small box. Called immediately and said they couldn't cancel it. They said they couldn't because they have a no return policy on any of the mystery boxes but they haven't even sent it yet. It should have been a very simple transactions. I told him they think that they are scammy, and they have horrible reviews, do not trust this company.

I was shocked to find a used book,
a $1.50 storage bags for clothes,
small pair of leather shorts.
That's what I get for trusting a site like this.

Paid$150 for trash. A pair of scissors and a candle was the best thing in the box. This is most def a scam.

I am so upset because I purchased 2 boxes which came up to be about 94.00 and I received 2 boxes of the same thing I don’t understand how this company feel you can Resale the trash they sent I feel like this is a scam company I will never order from here again and I am hoping who ever reads this please order from somewhere else.
