one of the light fittings was damaged in transit. They were very helpful and ordered another one for me from the manufacturer. The new fitting is perfect . The two light fittings were a present for a friend who had just bought her first home . She is thrilled with them.

The site is very easy to use and found plenty of lamps. We chose the crackle gold vase as it was oriental as we requested. Delivery and packaging was very good. Would recommend them again.

Excellent service. Ordered 6 outdoor lights all arrived on time however one was broken. Contacted Birco that afternoon by mail Helena Holden answered within the hour and a replacement shade was sent and delivered next day. I wish all companies had the same customer service.
