Excellent company. Ordered 4 lampshades which arrived quickly, are good quality and great value for money. Unfortunately one had been dented in transit but I received a replacement in less than 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend and buy from this company again.

Amazing service. The table lamp regrettably arrived broken, it was replaced within 24hrs. Not only a great price but a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and no doubt buy from them again.

Ordered 2 Lampshades on a Friday after business had closed. Shipped on the Monday and received on Thursday.
Both items are lovely quality, colour great, just what I wanted & even better, were half priced in the sale. Would highly recommend this Company, hence 5 stars.

The delivery were quick and the light arrived well boxed and packed, the light is beautiful and looks lovely with the retro bulb recommended in the evening, we just had a new compo door installed so just the perfect finish.

We ordered the Mardyke Black & Clear Geometric pendant lights. They arrived promptly and all in one piece. They look super smart in our new kitchen and really pleased with them.

Sometimes you buy a product which simply doesn't do what it says "on the tin". You worry about returning it for a refund. Well, in the case of DiscountHomeLighting, I needn't have worried. After contacting the company and explaining the problem, Helena walked me through the process of returning the product. After a few days and a quick email all was refunded. I must explain that the product was manufactured by Philips who also contacted me to apologise. It seems that the floodlight microwave sensor picks up any movement including rain, sleet and snow plus the rustle of a bush. So.....well done this company for having a very honest, straightforward and efficient returns operation. Well done Helena for upholding the true traditions of excellent customer service. Will definitely use this company in the future.
