A very unpleasant experience with this company
I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. After ordering balls, and paying online, I received no confirmation of delivery. A few days later, I queried this and received a reply saying that they were on their way?? There was no tracking or delivery information provided. After another few days, I followed up again suggesting this was a scam, and if I did not receive tracking information I would report them and have them shut down. I received a confirmation of delivery from the supplier calling me a 'd...head'. Australia Post delivered the goods to the post office without leaving a note in my mailbox confirming delivery. The goods took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Poor communication and a very poor attitude from the 'Customer service' rep caused this issue. It's a shame as this looks like a good business run by poor quality people!!
