Rip Off
Two items ordered together for first time.
1. Harrington Jacket. Ordered 2XL.
Took ages to arrive. When it finally arrived was size M.
2. 'Mystery Box' - 10 items. £12.99.
Finally arrived today. Box full of the type of junk you would find inside a Chistmas Cracker (no exaggeration).
I would value the total value to be about 50p - £1.
Total rip-off.

I would strongly advise against…
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The products I received were of very poor quality and did not match the standards advertised.
When I attempted to request a refund, the customer service team repeatedly delayed and provided no meaningful assistance. Ultimately, I was unable to recover my money and had to raise the issue with my bank.
I will also be reporting the matter to Trading Standards.
Based on this experience, I will not be buying from this company again.
