Called the company to verify the equipment cradle would get to me quickly since I am very close "1-2 days UPS". No problem, I would have it for the big show I was doing. On the top of their page is same-day shipping for orders by 2pm ordered at 10am. As of today, it's been a full week, and "sorry, it's shipped by XYZ," not us, so I don't know if it has been shipped.

Was told specifically on the phone I would get it within 2 business days. Paid over $20 just for shipping about 300 miles for a package less than 1 lb. The only reason I bought from them was they could get it to me fastest, and I was willing to pay for quick shipping.

They have great service and are quick to fix any issues that arise. My orders are shipped out much faster than the last company that I used and I am very happy with their service.

Incompetent, don't waste your time with this company.
They sent me the wrong product and are ignoring me about a return or a swap. Fortunately they sent me a product that sells for twice what I ordered, I will sell it myself in that they will no longer respond about swapping or returning the item and purchase the correct item from another supplier.

I've been in the POS business for over thirty years and I've never received customer service as bad as this. Un-returned phone calls and emails were the norm, but when they did respond it was just mumbo jumbo and one outright lie. Two and a half months to order a terminal? They even charged my card six weeks ago for equipment they never shipped! I had to open a dispute with Amex to get the charge reversed. I've lost a long-time customer due to their failures. The company is incompetent from the president down to the office staff. Stay far, far away from the these guys!

promised the repairs to be done in 3 weeks max. guess what, I've waited 9 weeks and they kept my terminal as a hostage.
Company gives fake promises and then gives you ton of excuses.
Advise: Beware!!! Awful service.

Poor Customer service and lies.
Contacted chat to verify overnight was available in my area. They confirmed and stated if I put in my order then it would go out that day. The time was 3:15 pm Central. The next day I get an email that I did not place the order till after 4. I replied that I placed the order before 4 and got an email that they were central so it was 4:15 pm. I explained I was also central so it was in fact 3:15 pm when I placed the order and was told they would overnight. They stated they could ship overnight that day but would cost me full overnight cost though arrive a day late! I canceled the order. Bad company.

It's been a pleasure and refreshing to deal with Discount Credit Card Supply. They are prompt, professional and respond to inquiries and orders quickly and efficiently.

I ordered terminals with a Global East base. They sent them with another base. I could not use them without a lengthy reprogramming which delayed my installation by a day and resulted in an angry merchant of mine.

On the good side they apologized and a tech rep called me back in an hour and walked me through a reprogram.

There were several delays in shipping when I ordered. When I finally did get it it was the wrong model. I had to waste a ton of time getting it straight and they didn't seem to know what was going on. Find somewhere else to order from.
