I canceled my subscription quite a while ago and have an email from the company confirming that it was canceled and that I would not be charged again. But this month I was charged for the subscription that I canceled a while ago and I send them screenshots.

I contacted them about the charge, and they told me I was not eligible for a refund, even though the subscription had already been canceled. This is completely unacceptable. I canceled the service, yet they still took my money.

My card is locked and my PayPal balance is empty, yet they somehow still managed to charge me. I followed up with a second email requesting a refund, but they have ignored me entirely.

I’ve spoken to several other people who have had the same experience. Their Discord has since been deleted, and I have deleted mine as well. This behavior is dishonest and feels like theft. They should not be supported. They are being called out by a lot of us.

I’m posting this to warn others to be cautious and aware of what appears to be a scam. They will likely respond to this review asking me to contact them, but I won’t, because I already did multiple times, and they refused to refund me and then ignored my messages after my first email.

Well since 1 star is the minimum, 1 star it is. But even that is to much.

Reaction on a support ticket is fast, still wondering if it's AI or not. But resetting an password because my son for it and was using a school mail address that no longer exists, than you are screwed. While we have all the proof needed and changing the mail address manual, the only answer is.

Get in contact with your old school, well that is not possible. Then create a new account. But no way to get all your server back, since no backup or export is possible. It's all account bound.

Suspended my account for a server I was in. I appealed and they said they reviewed my content and it violated guidelines...I never spoke in the server or was active in any server I was in. then they banned another account of mine for ban evasion. staff and moderators are lazy as hell

1 they changed the settings to not allow me to turn of them spying on and logging everthing i do i my computer and 2 i cant ask for help because the wedsite is in a langue i don't know. i'm currently on vecaton so i presume there fur some stupid reason bassing it on my IP.

People can steal your identity, distribute illegal material (also violating the terms and conditions), and even if you open a ticket with all the evidence and report it using the in-app feature, they will do nothing.

Basically a scam. Overcharges and freezes accounts for "suspicious activity" under the following message. Also if public they'd be run straight into the ground. $100 is too much for Nitro.

The app is great during pandemic but now it is filled with lots of scam servers, no limitations and restrictions.

This piece of shit isn't letting me see the Checkpoint event due to the fact I didn't have some data settings on. This event displays your stats of 2025, which is something I am sure many people would love to see. But if you are like ME, then you cant as you didnt have a setting on? Like what the actual #### is this? Discord gave no warning that you needed that setting enabled to see the event. Even if you try to enable it, IT STILL WONT ALLOW YOU TO SEE IT. Just complete bullshit.

When you want to share just one video, but you have to pay a subscription to be able to send… it’s ridiculous and a total scam. Especially considering it’s almost $20NZD and definitely not worth spending that much just so I could send one video I wanted to share to some friends.

Kept charging my credit card after I canceled. They wouldn't return the money. They are dishonest. They threatened to cancel my account if I did a chargeback. Well, I am going to.

Truly one of the most horrible companies ever made. Terrible moderation, full of false-positives, and an uneven enforcement of app rules.

Awful customer service. I got a warning from discord for bullying and harassment, for reporting another user. They did not specify what message had caused that warning either. Absolute BS company with the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Discord is horrible you need to pay for everything if someone gifts you nitro it’s useless unless you already have a subscription oh and you can’t get nitro basic that’s not good enough to use soundboards and emojis you need to spend 100$ a year for nitro to get everything you want you have to almost spend 300$ it’s disgusting and such a money grab do not have anyone gift you anything it’s useless unless you already have a subscription
