Poorly designed booking process

Poorly designed booking process. There is no option to select multiple games or add-ons, the food choices are very limited and presented without any useful details, not all cards are accepted, and the confirmation email looks extremely unprofessional. The website also times out after just five minutes without any warning, despite the booking process being unnecessarily split across five separate pages. They also charge a payment fee, which is frankly a joke nowadays.

Overall, the whole booking experience feels badly configured and poorly thought through.
