Slow, very poor customer service
Transport company waiting for order to be released for almost two weeks now. Customer service from Discandoo again (!) reluctant to answer any queries. Happened in April well. I strongly suggest you start using a tracking system like everybody else these days.
Update: On June 7th received a reply to my about 10th email to them, in which they apologized for any inconvenience caused and stated the cause being a warehouse move. They promised to launch an investigation about the status of my order and update me on their findings. No update was ever received but the package had moved! However, when I picked it up, it only contained three of the ordered six products. Based on my experience, i don't expect to receive a reply or a refund so I will cut my losses.

I havenot recived the delivery for my order DI2000017095 .I have contacted the shipment company shippii but i expect that my delivery is stolen .
Tracking history tells me at 23.4.2024 delivery was in Kokkola at 05.53 and after that in Kouvola at 08.27.
Kokkola is neighbour town 30 km away but kouvola is in the south est of finland 600 km away.

The last order arrived without two of the ordered products. I tried to contact customer service in both countries (Finland and Germany) but they did not answer even after 3 weeks. In my opinion, my complaint could be easily verified because there were missing kilograms and the dimensions of the parquets did not allow the missing products to fit in the parcels sent. Anyway, in the future I will turn to another company because even if the prices are attractive... the relationship with the client was non-existent in my case.

Lots of bottles missing
Of the 12 different products I ordered 4 were missing from the shipment, so the hit rate was definitely not great. There have been no mention of this from discandoo when the order went through, if they were out of stock it would have been nice to be able to change them to some other products, but nothing...
If it was an error, hopefully I'll get a refund for a decent amount since I have now paid an unnecessary amount of shipping. I might change the review if I ever hear back from the customer service.
Edit: Update, it's now been a week since I e-mailed about a refund and still no answer.
