⭐️ 1 Star – Completely unacceptable

I’ve ordered from DirtyKid multiple times in the past with no issues, which is why this situation is even more disappointing.

I placed an order and never received a receipt or confirmation email from DirtyKid. The only proof I have is the Apple Pay/Klarna confirmation and my bank statement showing the charge went through. The money was taken — period.

After reaching out to DirtyKid, I was told the order “did not process” and now I’m being told I can’t receive the product because it was a limited drop. So somehow my money processed, but my order didn’t? That makes absolutely no sense.

If there was a system error, that’s on the company — not the customer. Taking someone’s money and then saying “sorry, you’re out of luck” because it was limited inventory is completely unacceptable business practice.

No receipt, no product, and now no resolution. Loyal customer or not, this was handled poorly and feels careless at best. I expected better.
