Great ties! Well made and sharp looking.

Ordered the product straight from the reel. The link was there. Product was exactly the same. Good quality and price. Shipping from the UK to US took a little longer than I thought, but very satisfied with the whole experience.

Although I have not yet received my tie due to a delivery issue, the customer service has been excellent. They responded quickly and provided a prompt solution to the problem. A very positive experience so far.

Unfortunately Royal mail fumbled the package somehow and as soon as I alerted the Di Roma team something was wrong they immediately got on the phone and made sure Royal mail fixed whatever they did - It's this kind of service every company should have!
