Ordered some ceiling panels for work and unfortunately they were the wrong ones (not supplier fault) but were replacement for a discontinued line. Direct Trade have arranged a refund/collection with no quibble - what great communication and service from them - will definitely use again.

Ordered an EV car charger after much deliberation and it was delivered next day. Then we discovered we had ordered the wrong one by mistake. Rang DTS who were very helpful. Ordered the correct charger, which was delivered the next day, and sent the wrong one back to DTS for a refund. No fuss or bother. Quality company to deal with and very happy with their excellent service

We purchased an EV charger from this company a couple of weeks ago. So far, so good. The delivery was prompt (I think it took 2-3 days if I remember correctly) and the charger has been working so far. The price was fair as well compared to similar options on the market. Overall, I'd recommend this company as a supplier of EV chargers.
