WOW DirecTV does customer service right fast friendly and found solutions!

They helped from the minute I started my online chat- even presented all of my options so I would know before making a commitment. The service continued to be the best in customer communication I have had with a cable company when they set up a one that worked for me to continue the conversation over the phone. At that point I was all set up with a new account and an amazing price by the middle of my afternoon. I'm stoked to start this relationship with DirecTV.

Excellent service

I was very happy when I signed up today with Directv, the person on the phone was very polite and I qualified for great deals. I am very happy with the TV package and the price I got it for as well as receiving the NFL Sunday Ticket for free next year. And I received next day installation.

Awesome customer service

My experience with getting direct tv was amazing. The customer service rep was very knowledgable, helpful, and courteous. He explained the options they had and why going with direct tv was a better offer.

Awsomely terrific

I was very pleased with the customer service I recieved both on the phone and by using the live chat. Shelly was able to give us the best possible deal with our tv and roseanna gave us the best possible internet service. Our new account number is 47677589. I really looking forward to using our new direct tv and internet. Great job to all.

The experience we had with direct tv customer service was awesome!

I called and after answering a few automated questions, I was directed to a customer service agent. All of my questions were answered. The agent knew the product and was very pleasant. Everything was gone over in detail before I decided. The entire experience was quick and painless! We even lucked out on an nfl package deal for next year! We're going to recommend direct tv to anyone and everyone we can!

Highly recommend!

I was so happy with the service from DirectStar TV. They knew what they were talking about, were patient with our questions. We really enjoyed talking to both of the representatives from DirectStar TV and from Frontier, and we would like to express our gratitude to both of them for being so great! Our account number is #47660447. Thank you so much again! Since we switched we will be saving $40 A MONTH from the bundle we paying for with the Reedsburg Utility Commission. THANK YOU!

Highly knowledgeable, friendly and informative saleswoman!

When we (my friend and I) called to inquire about plans and switching over from our cable company, we got Laura as our representative. She knew her product(s) well, was helpful in finding us exactly what we needed and was always ready to help us understand anything we weren't quite wrapping our brains around. At no point in my constant barrage of requests for reconfirmation on one thing or another did Laura seem anything other than genuinely happy to cater to my scatter-brained tendencies. She was, by far, the best customer service/sales representative that I have had the pleasure of dealing with while calling a television service provider in over 5 years. If the service I receive in this coming year meets or exceeds the level of professionalism and helpfulness Laura provided tonight, then you will very likely have a lifetime customer.

In layman's terms: Laura set the bar really darned high and I expect to receive the same level of service if and/or when I have a problem in the future.

when i called to order my direct tv i had the pleasure to he assisted by a customer service rep named josh i found him to he hey helpful not to mention very personable and friendly my exp with customer service was excellent.and as far as my Direct Tv technician Jonathan Garcia he was as helpful and friendly he was very pridefull in his work and very clean he would cean up after himself.i have never had any other technician with any other company work as hard as Jonathan did not to mention to clean up after himself i thought that was fantastic.! KUDOS TO JONATHAN GARCIA TECH#63495 . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!

absolutely awesome!!

These people were a pleasure to work with extremely knowledgeable, and treatede like a person!
