Very helpful staff. A big improvement over our current provider. We're looking forward to doing business with Direct TV - it looks promising.

They have told me a number of untruths, like my bill would be so and so and they always charge me more then they said, they would have a manager call me about it, never happen. if I call them it always takes about an hour or 2 of my time. Had Dish for 12 years before DirecTV and never had to call them. All I ask is if someone says something, DO IT! Like problems go with Directv, Don't like problems go with cable or Dish or anybody else.

Going back to the to affordable pricing of Direct TV. Giving me more for my dollar then their competitors. Happy with the customer service rep that got me signed up. What more can I say.

Direct tv has always been honest with the packages they offer, with no hidden fees. In the past I have been a loyal customer as well as my father. Customer service is always direct on finding the package that is right for me as well as giving me the option to change my plan to my needs.

For me, convenience, courtesy, and helpfulness are the most important qualities I can search out in a home entertainment provider and Direct Star has it all. Fast service, awesome staff, and a great installation crew to work around busy schedules, I couldn't be more happier! Thanks guys and gals for a great experience!

I was able to get my questions answered in a timely fashion, Chad was extremely polite and was very efficient in getting to me and my questions and setting up my account.!! My account # 209271 was easy to set up and very amazed how fast it went to get the account up and going!!!

You would not believe how easy it was to get direct TV service. I couldn't believe it myself! I'm so glad I called direct instead of a cable company. The set up was free. The equipment was free and they didn't bill until I got a full month of service. And that was so much cheaper too.

I was never interested in using direct TV because I was concerned about any device or equipment being installed on my roof. Additionally, I never thought I would receive the type of programs that I needed but I was presently surprised. There was no damage to the roof as I originally thought subsequent to installation and I was very please with the diversity in programming and no need for bulky devices.Concluding, the benefits listed above and the pricing were my final deciding factors.
