I enrolled recently and had good experience with admissions team, marking time is quite quick so hopefully will finish the course quickly and will review about my certificate too. Overall Recommended!
I would rate it 5 stars because of their quick marking process and user friendly portal interface. I studied Level 5 IT and got my certificate earlier than expected. Bravo to the team.
Overall, I have had a positive experience with Direct Skills. Communication has been very good and emails are usually answered quickly. The assessors are available, supportive and very helpful, which has made a big difference throughout my studies.
The main area that could be improved is the verification time for assignments. On some occasions, this has taken nearly three weeks, which can create unnecessary anxiety when you are waiting to progress to the next stage. My registration with the awarding body also took a little longer than I expected.
Despite this, I am happy with the support I have received and, once I complete my current qualification, I am planning to enrol with Direct Skills again for the next level.
I will update this review once I have received my final certificate.
