Terrible customer service.
Have used Direct Security for over 10 years, but their customer service has got worse over the years. They cancel appointments at short notice, they overcharge (especially for replacing batteries), and their staff who do maintenance are very unprofessional.

I work for a charity, we have been with this company for around 15 years, suddenly a call out went from £120 to £320. Call out charge was £90 (+vat), an hour labour £140 (+vat), and they charged £40 (+vat) for a £5 part. Labour in a previous invoice was £48. When I rang and asked about the increases all they said was prices had gone up. Also previous invoice had no vat which I don't understand. Even though we have paid a years maintenance we are leaving the company, an absolute disgrace.
