Incredibly rude company
Incredibly rude company. Justin Reilly in particular, no idea how he is in a job. In a time when people are struggling for money and mental health is a big point, they have absolutely no customer service skills or crumb of sympathy towards anyone they speak to. They need training on how to speak to the general public without coming across as looking down their nose. Don’t know how these people sleep at night, probably awaiting when karma reaches them. Would not recommend, wouldn’t touch with a barge pole long enough to reach Australia. Be warned.
