Hi Mark
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations, however, we checked on our end and we could not find your account with us so I am not sure where the imputation of a big scam is coming from. We provide the tracking numbers as soon as it is shipped. Please note that our products are being imported from different countries with the use of local couriers, which is why the information might not be readily available until the package reaches USA.
That is not to say that our company's process is flawless as it is susceptible to human errors as well. We do apologize if we made any errors with your transaction with us. Our team works very hard to make sure we deliver a great service and will make note of your experience so we can improve in the future.
With that being said, can you give us the information that led you to give us this review so we can check on our end and resolve the issue at hand?
Respectfully,
MAYLIPS

Upon reviewing your account, it appears that the product you ordered was indeed shipped and was out for delivery as scheduled. However, we noticed that you refused to receive the item. We would appreciate it if you could kindly provide us with more details about the specific aspect of the transaction that led you to feel that we were a scam. Understanding your concerns will allow us to address them appropriately and provide you with the necessary clarification.
We take great pride in ensuring the trust and satisfaction of our customers, and it is of utmost importance to us that you have a positive experience with our company. We value your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve and better meet the expectations of our customers.
