Got let down by another company last minute for a wedding the next day, easy to book at a good rate, driver turned up early and did a good job, Thank you!!

The driver was friendly, helpful and professional. Our group enjoyed the day out and the excellent service helped from the company helped
contribute to this.

I cannot find a fault with Direct coach hire. Booked a coach from Manchester to the Lake District for a retreat. The vehicle arrived before the departure time which allowed us to load on our luggage and check that everything and everyone was there. On return, the service was just as good. I highly recommend using this company.

We booked a coach for a family event and were let down. I called Direct Coach Hire and not only did they get us a great vehicle and driver but they were cheaper than the original company. Cannot recommend enough.

Direct Coach Hire provided transportation for a round trip airport transfer for 50 people from London Heathrow Airport to Milton Keynes for a conference. Highly reliable and professional.

Vehicle was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us.

Driver was punctual, polite and professional throughout. He Was very patient with us considering it was a very rowdy return trip and had a good sense of humour.

Flawless service from booking to pick up and drop off. Craig was very helpful and flexible when changes had to made to the original booking. Both drivers we had were super nice and on time, the coaches were comfortable and clean, and all this made our journey to Cambridge easier and more enjoyable

The bus driver George picked us up for an early morning journey from London up to Bolton on 25th December.

Despite our group being a Muslim, we still appreciated the drivers enthusiasm and friendliness despite being out working on Christmas morning! He did explain to us that he would make it back for the day with his family which was great to hear!

Right from the booking all interactions were smooth. The driver of the coach was very helpful and friendly and arrived for pickup and drop before the scheduled departure and made the journey very smooth. I will recommend Direct Coach hire to my friends and family.
