Amazing service. Mike was so friendly from the start and extremely accommodating at every step! My cousin couldn’t get back without his UK passport and it was brought to him the next day with no issues. Would highly recommend this company! 5 stars xx
Mike was unbelievably helpful, calm, reassuring and reliable. We were in a really stressful situation and he was an absolute godsend. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and on top of all that he is an extremely nice, professional and thoroughly decent guy. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using this company again.
Delivered an important document with professionalism at every step. From first contact to the end delivery. From U.K. to Thailand. Great communication throughout. Faultless service highly recommend.
Excellent service from start to finish! They arranged a driver to collect my item incredibly quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent — fast, clear and professional — which made everything completely stress-free.
I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
I contacted Direct Carry at around 4pm on a Thursday needing an iPad collected in London and delivered to France the following morning, and Mike was able to assist straight away.
The service was excellent from start to finish. The iPad was collected by around 6pm that same evening, and Mike kept me updated throughout the entire journey. It was delivered safely in Nice at around 10:30am the next morning.
The price was also very competitive compared with other quotes I received, especially considering how last-minute and time-sensitive the request was.
I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use Direct Carry again. I’d highly recommend Mike to anyone needing a reliable, efficient and professional urgent courier service.
I’m very satisfied with the service. Everything went smoothly, quickly, and professionally. The courier stayed in touch throughout the entire process and kept me updated, which was especially important as he was delivering my passport from London to Istanbul.
The service was reliable and well organized from start to finish. I would definitely use this service again if I need similar assistance in the future. Highly recommended.
