Multiple attempts at getting my order that was placed in June - they refuse to reply and haven't even attempted to send out our order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - ITS A SCAM

Or give any money- they get you to transfer money and then ask for more for ‘insurance’ with the ‘postal agency’- total

air filter ordered 12 march, today is 11 april still no filter emailed them and was told filter unavailable, waiting on a refund, was told that item was in the post quite a contradiction, i wouldnt touch them with the proverbial

These people are rude, arrogant and disrespectful to the extreme.
I quickly discovered that the cheap "Micro" branded air filter I received from them appears to be made of sub-standard material that is very brittle because it easily breaks in your hand. This is a cause for alarm in itself as the potential damage from broken piece of the air filter being sucked into an engine is enormous.
The sizing of their air filters too is totally incorrect and also far from what is stated on their web site. Again the air filter they sent me had a specified height of 51mm yet the actual air filter they sent was only 46mm. No wonder it didn't fit into my car!
They even send out an air filter without the mandatory rubber seal attached to the air filter. Hence all these reasons why correct/proper fitting was impossible.
You try and explain these issues to them and they call you a scammer and say you swore at their staff. Now doing this is extremely difficult given they do not provide any address or phone number. Hohum!
As the old saying goes "what you pay is what you get".
I certainly wont be buying any cheap Micro branded air filters in future or dealing with Direct Auto Spares ever again. I have learnt my lesson
