A very attentive and reliable company

A very attentive and reliable company. I had several conversations with Ian and he explained the process and answered all my queries. It was a smooth transition on to the Solicitors to pursue my claim. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a good genuine company.

Extremely professional service

If you want a professional service then this is the firm for you. After making an initial enquiry I was contacted by Ian who was friendly, helpful and obviously very experienced. Everything was explained up front without me having to ask confirmed by email and then literally within 2 days I was talking to the Solicitors and my claim is proceeding. Thank you for making this a pain free experience.

Great company

I’ve never submitted a claim before so I wasn’t aware of the process.

Dear Bernadette, I have had a long conversation with you via email where I felt we explored all possible avenues with you in a friendly manner. I am upset to see you have given us a bad review. The fact of the matter is there is a 3 year time limit on personal injury and the medical negligence you enquired about was in 2017 over 5 years ago. I checked with you that the case had not been issued in court and given an extension. Or that you were under the age of 21. these are the only way around the 3 year limitation. We would love to help you if it was at all possible. As a business why would we turn away a customer we could help. I'm sorry if feel aggrieved and I wish we could have helped you.

With regard to police misconduct that is a matter for the IPCC and divorce should be dealt with by a family law solicitor. We do not advertise anywhere on or website that we do work in these areas. It is very clear that we specialise in personal injury only. During our email exchange you did not give me any information about this. Again I am sorry if you feel we did not live up to the standards you expected. We always strive to help customers to feel as if their enquiry has been properly addressed in a kindly and helpful manner.

I am very pleased so far

I am very pleased so far, comms very good. Whole new process to me, as I tend to be a person to just let go and get on with things as are. But at this stage am very happy I have got in contact with the team who believe I am in good standing of a case and have processed the initial stage swiftly.
