I ordered a 7kg dog food, and 6 packs of Hypoallergenic dog treats, I received nothing for weeks, after emailing several times I eventually received the 7kg bag, it's about 7 weeks since my order despite repeated requests for a refund for the treats, or to have them despatched I have still received nothing and they're now just ignoring my requests for refund, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Do not use ordered product which was specialised dog food from these on 10th January still not had no contact had to go through PayPal and then have just refunded me when they said item was on its way? Awful customer service
