Never received order no response

They rip you off. Stay away! They are clown teeth. Asked for a refund and they responded they looked great and tfw. Never responded again.

Hi I'm happy that everyone received their order however I mailed 💌 back my impressions and received nothing back and and the payments are being taking out 750 dollars this was August 2024 and the customer service number dont work and its now way to contact them wish i can get some type of help yall have 750 dolllars of my payment and i still have no product is dintle a scamm 🤦🏽‍♂️😭

Never got them after doing impression now having to go through my bank and such to get my money back! Worst place ever!

This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order for veneers on Aug. 2nd and they sent impression kit, I did it and sent it back. Got an e-mail they received it and that it was being produced and sent back to Me. Since then it's been numerous e-mails to them and no response. Can't even find a phone number. IF anyone has one I'd be very appreciative.

I was skeptical about buying they product. The top and bottom veneers for $800.00 bucks but I had already spent over a $1000.00 on the PopOn veneers. After reading the quality of their material I took a chance on it. I research Dintle as much as I could and after doing my research I was pleased with what I saw. How ever I was a little worried when I read that they didn't have a human person that you could talk to for any customer service. But because I needed teeth replacement I did it anyhow.
I paid my money for my molds, sent them in and waited. It took a long time about 2 months for me to get the teeth but when I did......OMG !!!!! THAT WERE THE BEST INVESTMENT EVER !!! I was so impressed. They fit perfectly and looked so real and natural like nothing was even in my mouth. I love them so much. I take them out at night clean them and put them in the case and put em in my purse til I'm ready to put em back on again. One day I went to put them in and the bottom ones had broken in half. The most important set cause I'm missing to front bottom teeth. I could still wear them , However I paid $800 00 for them and have nit had the 60days and they broke. I emailed the company previously when I got them and they responded back always , now that they are broken Noone one is responding to my emails. I am upset and feel like I got scammed. I now have to take my bottom teeth out when I eat because the separate in my mouth when I eat. This product it's self is way better than PopOn but one thing about PopOn is that they have excellent real life customer service , they teeth are perfect as well far as real looking and fit great, but they product material is trash for $800.00 and only good for temporary use. U can't eat with them like Dintle cause they wear thin and tear. I am very disappointed in this company because I spent all that money and they are ignoring me when all I want is another bottom set and they can have these broke ones back. If u buy these veneers they are worth it . You just have to realize that that customer service socks and u have to be very gentle with them like they are glass. Don't let the clink around each other when ur not wearing them. I give them a 3 star. Base off of lack of customer service and not standing on their garentee.

The veneers looked good but I was unable to wear them. I did send an email noting the problems, but have not heard from anyone.

Haven’t received my veneers yet! Waiting on the uppers (finished) and new molds for the lower.

I asked for a replacement power cord, and with great surprise, I was informed that Dintle is sending me an entirely new brightening kit. WOW! I didn't ask for that...and now you have a customer and referral source for life!

Beautifully packaged and effective! It came with everything I needed to get started right away at home. I’ll use it when I’m watching tv and it has completely whitened my teeth! I get soooo many compliments from strangers and even my dentist noticed.
